Tara Marie Panek age 32 of Hoschton passed away Saturday March 9, 2019 at her residence.
Mrs. Panek was born December 7, 1986 in Marietta, Georgia. She was a homemaker and a member of 12 Stone Church Hamilton Mill Campus. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Allyssa Smith.
Survivors include, husband, Zach Panek, son, Chance Panek, daughter, Ella Smith, father & step mother, Will & Cheryl Herring, step brothers, Scott Anglin & Matthew Lancaster, step sister, Rebecca Venable.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday March13, 2019 at the funeral home.
