Ruby Louise (Knight) Maddox

Ruby Louise Knight Maddox, age 93 of Maysville, GA passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022.

Born on March 8, 1929 in Gwinnett County, GA, Mrs. Maddox was the daughter of the late Harvey and Eulla Williams Knight. She was the widow of Lewis Maddox, a homemaker, and was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Knight; sisters, Oreen Bailey and Joyce West.

Survivors include a daughter, Mary (Billy) Skelton; brother, James Knight; sisters, Margaret Mitchel, Opel Brady, Brenda Skelton; 5 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 16 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Solid Rock Baptist Church with Rev. Swayne Carlan officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
