Ronald Eugene Moran

Ronald Eugene Moran, age 70 of Danielsville, GA passed away Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020 at his residence.

Born on July 4, 1950 in High Point, NC, Mr. Moran was the son of Kathryn Geneva King Moran the late James Walter Moran, Jr. He was a retired plumber with Martin Mechanical and was in the National Guard 157 Infantry. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary W. Moran.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Sylvia Whiteaker Moran of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Eric James (Amanda) Moran, Hartwell; daughters and sons-in-law, Nicole (Chris) Hardin, Watkinsville, Melissa (Bo) Flynt, Watkinsville; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, Nov. 2, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eric Moran officiating. Burial will follow in King, NC. The family will receive friends 12 pm until time of the service Monday at the funeral home.
