Norman Dowdy Obituary
Norman Edward Dowdy 64 of Hoschton passed away January 15, 2015. He was the son of the late Bernice and Hazel Parham Dowdy. He is survived by his son Jonathan (Latasha) Bishop of Commerce, and Curtis Dowdy of Iowa, one brother Jerry Randall Dowdy of Blairsville, grandchildren, Trenton Bishop, Brent Bishop, Nathan Dowdy, Wyatt Dowdy and Kyle Porter. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Russell Dowdy. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday Jan 20, 2015 from noon until the funeral hour at 2 PM. Services in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Williams officiating.
