Judy Kay Tarpley age 64 of Colbert passed away March 2, 2019 at her residence.
Ms. Tarpley was born March 30, 1954 in Honolulu, Hawaii to the late William Terrel & Gladys Duvall Tarpley. She retired after 20 years in the United States Navy. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her brother, William Terrel Tarpley.
Survivors include, sisters, Cheryll Hyde & Janice Moss both of North Carolina.
Memorial services will be held privately.
