Jane (Worley) Brookshire

Jane Worley Brookshire, age 78 of Commerce, GA passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023.

Born on Nov. 5, 1944 in Franklin County, GA, Mrs. Brookshire was the daughter of the late Bill and Sular Crump Worley. She was the widow of Tommy Brookshire, of the Baptist faith, and was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by a brother, Carl Worley; and a sister, Christine Couch.

Survivors include daughters, Pam Barnett, Kim (Todd) Dellinger; brother, Dan Worley; sisters, Shirley McEntire, Jean Hazle; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 pm Thursday, May 18, 2023 at Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Rising officiating. Burial will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
