Jack L. Whitlock

Jack L. Whitlock, age 45 of Commerce, GA passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020.

Born on Aug. 12, 1974 in Athens, GA, Mr. Whitlock is the son of Jack L. Sr. and Mary Stephenson Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock was a resident at Northridge Rehabilitation where he contracted the corona virus as the virus progressed his battle for life ended at Athens Piedmont Hospital. 

He was a CNA with Northridge and was a member of The Little Country Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Whitlock.

Survivors include his wife, Hazel Whitlock of the home; daughters, Branna Whitlock and Wanda Whitlock.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 12 pm until time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
