Henrietta (Lewis) Dorsey

Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Henrietta Lewis Dorsey, of Maysville,  who passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at NGMC Braselton, Ga.  Mrs. Dorsey was the daughter of the late Sharp and Stella Wilbanks Lewis and was also preceded in death by her husband, William Morris Dorsey.

Henrietta is survived by two sons, Todd Dorsey of  Athens, Ga and Clay Dorsey of Maysville, Ga,  two daughters, Angie Dorsey of Commerce and Donna Smallwood of Homer.  She is also survived by a brother, Jerry Lewis of Commerce and a sister Penny Jordan of Flowery Branch, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

Visitation for Mrs. Dorsey will be on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 6-9PM at Ivie Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 2PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with the Rev. Clay Hardy officiating.  Burial will follow in the Sunrise Cemetery in Maysville, Ga.
