Helen (Ingram) Neese

Helen Ingram Neese, age 82 of Commerce, GA passed away on Monday, Feb. 19, 2024.

Born on April 13, 1941 in Elijay, GA, Mrs. Neese was the daughter of the late Sam and Viola Reece Ingram. She was the widow of John Neese, a retired hotel desk clerk with Howard Johnson, of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Duncan.

Survivors include a son, Ricky (Debbie) Neese; Sonita (Ryan) Lewis; sister, Frances Holloway; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chad Rising officiating. Burial will follow at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
