Born on Jan. 4, 1968 in Athens, GA, Mr. Tittle was the son of Helen Tittle Hogwood.
Survivors include his wife, Sonya Ramsey Tittle; sons, Timothy Tittle and Sam Tittle, both of Jefferson; brothers, Michael Tittle, Jefferson, David Tittle, Athens, Greg Hogwood, Jefferson, Robby Hogwood, Jefferson; and a number of nephews.
A memorial service will be held 11 am Friday, March 13, 2020 at New Beginnings, 267 Harold Phillips Rd., Jefferson, GA.
