Danny Edward Baker

Danny Edward Baker, age 70 of Colbert, GA passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021.

Born on Feb. 5, 1951 in Commerce, GA, Mr. Baker was the son of the late W.C. and Evelyn Leachman Baker. He was the widower of Sharon Coker Baker and owned his own flooring service. Mr. Baker was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Baker.

Survivors include sons, Jesse Baker, Michael Daniel, Mickey Daniel, Jason Wofford; daughter, Danielle Porterfield; brothers, Bill Baker, Guy Baker, Jerry Baker, Terry Baker; sisters, Debra Lavender, Mary Baker; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Guy Baker officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
