DENNIS SPURRIER Obituary

Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Dennis Richard Spurrier, age 70, who passed away at his residence in Pendergrass, Ga. on Monday evening, April 20th after an extended illness. Mr. Spurrier was the son of the late Everly Spurrier, Sr. and the late Alice Peregoy Spurrier. He was also predeceased by a brother, Forrest Spurrier. Mr. Spurrier was a veteran of the US Navy. He is survived by his wife, Susanne Hall Spurrier, of the home, son, Steve (Ann) Spurrier of Cheyenne, Wy. and a daughter, Denise (Peter) Craymer of Maysville, a brother, Everly "Butch" Spurrier, Jr. of West Va., 3 sisters, Debbie Goodwin, Phyllis Shupe and Susie Redding all of Maryland, Six grandchildren also survive, Jonah (Brittney) Craymer, Logan Craymer, Brandon Spurrier, Brooklyn Craymer, Collin Spurrier and Destin Spurrier. A private family memorial service will be held at a future date and time.
