Cathy Monroe Obituary
Cathy Gober Monroe age 66 of Jefferson passed away Jan. 29,2019 at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Braselton.
Mrs. Monroe was born in Danielsville, GA. on August 16, 1952 to the late Jack & Ann Tyner Gober. She was a retired Educator with Franklin County High School and Professor at Emmanuel College. She was an active member of The Grove.
Survivors include her husband, Mr. Zane Monroe, two sons, Patrick Zane Monroe and Mark Jackson Monroe, one daughter Michelle Leigh Loggins and two sisters Betty Kamerer and Jo Ann Gober. 5 grandchildren also survive.
Memorial Services will be held 11A.M. Saturday Feb. 9, 2019 at The Grove, 1702 Grovel level Rd. Maysville, GA 30558 with Mr. Wayne Randall delivering the Eulogy, also assisting will be Pastor Jeff Appling & Rev. John Wood. A reception will follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be to Hope Pregnancy Resource Center, 745 Lee Street, Jefferson, GA 30549.
