Bonnie (Leachman) Morgan

Bonnie Leachman Morgan, age 79 of Commerce, GA passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020 at her residence.

Born on Dec. 26, 1940 in Banks County, GA, Mrs. Morgan was the daughter of the late Hoyt and Rose Whitfield Leachman. She was the widow of Doyle Morgan. Was a waitress with Parhams Café, was preceded in death by sisters, Barbara Black and Mary Dailey.

Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Debra Veal, Commerce, Michael Veal, Commerce; sisters and brother-in-law, Bernice and C.L. Wilder, Commerce, Betty Ledbetter, Winder; and grandchildren, Aaron and Haley Veal, Gainesville.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, Nov. 14, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
