Billy Hardy, age 74 of Lavonia, GA passed away on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020.

Born on Aug. 21, 1946 in Madison County, GA, Mr. Hardy was the son of the late Lewis W. and Mary Lou Wood Hardy. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by brothers, James Kenneth Hardy and sister, Barbara Parson.

Survivors include sisters, Glenda Kitchens, Carnesville, and Mary Ann Harrington, Locust Grove, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Saturday, Dec. 26, 2020 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Seth Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends 2 pm until time of the service Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at the Kitchens Family Cemetery Carnesville, Georgia.
