Virginia is survived by her beloved spouse, Frankie Artist, with whom she shared many years of partnership and mutual devotion. Her love extended beautifully to her daughter, Hazel Shelley, who was a constant source of pride and joy. The family circle was further enriched by four grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in Virginia’s heart.
