Troy Lee Strickland

Troy Lee Strickland, age 77 of Commerce, GA passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022.

Born on May 20, 1945 in Royston, GA, Mr. Strickland was the son of the late W.F. and Gertrude Bridges Strickland. He worked with the Georgia Department of Transportation, was a US Army veteran in the Vietnam War, and was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Strickland.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Kitchens Strickland; son, Davie L. (JulieAnn) Strickland; daughter, Debra Yvonne Strickland; grandchildren, Jacob Lloyd Crutts, Cullen L. Strickland, and Colson Jack Strickland.

Graveside services will be held 2 pm Friday, July 1, 2022 at Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12 pm until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.
