Tony Lane Allen

Tony Lane Allen 73 of Commerce passed away Saturday October 24, 2026.  He was the son of the late Sam Verner and Mozelle Wood Allen. Lane was a member of Madison Street Baptist Church.  He loved playing his guitar singing in the church choir and Lane never met a stranger.  He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Beverly Martin Allen, a brother James Allen, Sister-in-law Joan Martin along with many Nieces and Nephews, Great nieces and nephews along with great great nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents Lane was preceded in death by 3 siblings, Gene Allen, Louise Fitzpatrick and Shirley Allen.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 2 PM from the Redeemed Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Parks officiating with burial in Grey Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends in the funeral home Monday evening from 4PM until 8 PM. The body will lie in state in the church Tuesday from 1:30 until the funeral hour of 2 PM.
