Timothy Oliver Westmoreland

Timothy Oliver Westmoreland, a beloved high school graduate of Commerce City Schools, known for his friendly and kind personality, passed away on July 25, 2024 at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton Georgia. He was born on February 8,1952, in Commerce, Georgia.

Timothy is survived by his brother, Larry and Linda Westmoreland and their families. He is also survived by his children Bryan and Erin.

He is predeceased by his father Edmond Clyde Westmoreland, mother Minnie Lee Brown Westmoreland, brothers Jerry and Tully Westmoreland, and sister Carolyn Fitzpatrick.

Services to honor Timothy's life will be held at Ivie Funeral Home located at 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, Georgia. A visitation will take place on July 27th starting at 12:00 PM followed by the funeral service at 1:00 PM. The interment will be held at Grey Hill Cemetery in Commerce, Georgia officiated by Rev. Chad Rising Pastor of Blacks Creek Baptist Church. 

Timothy's family would like to express special thanks to the caring staff at Heardmont Nursing Home in Elberton, Georgia for their compassionate care during Timothy's extended time of need. 

Timothy will be remembered for his warm heart and genuine kindness towards others. May he rest in peace as his memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
