Terri Denise Cruce Hill, born on November 5, 1959, in Statesboro, Georgia, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2025, in Athens, Georgia. Terri's life was a testament to her strong faith and devotion to her family and community.
For many years, she served as an Assistant Manager at Lowes Home Improvement, where her hardworking nature and commitment to her job left a lasting impact on her colleagues and customers alike. Her professional life was marked by dedication and a friendly spirit, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and appreciated.
Terri was deeply rooted in her Holiness Faith, finding strength and guidance through her beliefs. Those who knew her were often inspired by her unwavering dedication to her faith and the love she had for those around her.
She is survived by her loving mother, Ruby Crumley Cruce; her devoted husband, Robert Hill; her beloved son, Jacob Green; and her cherished daughter, Natasha (Edward) Turk. Terri also leaves behind her brother, Donnie Cruce; her sister, Karen Sanders; and five grandchildren who brought her immense joy. In addition, she is survived by several nieces and nephews, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Terri was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Cruce, who will be remembered fondly alongside her in the memories of their family and friends.
To honor Terri's remarkable life, visitation will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ivie Funeral Home, located at 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, GA 30529. A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM, also taking place at Ivie Funeral Home. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Grey Hill Cemetery.
