Sharon Alice Nation

Sharon Alice Nation, born on April 6, 1968, in Trenton, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026, in Commerce, Georgia. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone around her.

Sharon was the cherished daughter of the late Ron McNinch and Sara Jane Thomas. She grew up surrounded by love and laughter, alongside her siblings, including her dear brother, Ron McNinch, and sister, Mary McNinch. Sharon faced the heartbreak of losing her sister, Cindy McNinch, and carried her memory in her heart throughout her life.

As a proud mother, Sharon dedicated herself to raising her son, Michael Nation, instilling in him values of compassion and resilience. Her nurturing spirit was evident in her relationships with numerous nieces and nephews, who adored her and will forever remember the joy she brought into their lives.

Sharon’s life was characterized by her unwavering kindness and her genuine interest in the well-being of those around her.
