Sharon Marie Johnson

Sharon Marie Johnson, a compassionate soul who touched the lives of many, passed away peacefully on July 25 2024, at her residence surrounded by loved ones. She was born on November , 1949 in Atlanta, Georgia, to Christian Borg and Joan Marie Johnston Borg. Sharon is survived by her daughters Amy Bradley and Cheryl Newkirk, her sister Amanda Howard, and four grandchildren whom she adored with all of her heart.

Sharon led a remarkable life filled with love, empathy, and dedication. She graduated from high school and went on have a fulfilling career at GRN, where she provided health care placement and services to the disabled. Sharon's caring nature extended beyond her professional life; she was known for being a loving mother who cared deeply for her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sharon found joy in simple things - spending time with family, church, and nurturing relationships. Her warm smile and kind heart will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents Christian Borg and Joan Marie Johnston Borg, her brother Robin Borg, and her beloved husband Bill Johnson. While we mourn the loss of such an extraordinary individual, we also celebrate the legacy of love and kindness that Sharon leaves behind.

May Sharon Marie Johnson rest in eternal peace, knowing that she was cherished by many and that her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

A direct cremation will take place immediately according to Mrs. Johnson's wishes.
