Born on March 9, 1984 in Hall County, GA, Mr. Milsap, Jr. was the son of Cleveland Milsap and Dorothy Milsap.
Survivors include a daughter, Destiny Amerson; and a sister, Adrian Smith.
A cremation will be taking place per the deceased wishes.
