Richard Leroy Bruns, Jr., age 57 of Bowman, GA, passed away on Friday, Feb. 5, 2021 at his residence.
Born on May 16, 1963 in Saginaw, MI, Mr. Bruns was the son of Susan Benkert Bruns and the late Richard L. Bruns. He worked in the lumber industry.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Mary Duranso Bruns of the home; brother, Steven (Jo Ellen) Bruns, MI; sister, Stacey (Robert) Brown, MI; several nieces & nephews; brother-in-law, Harry Duranso, GA; mother-in-law, Ruth Irene Clark, GA; step-children, Donald (Keri) Burgess, MI, Sarah (Adam) Miner, MI; step-granddaughter, Hailey Miner, MI.
A memorial service will be held 11 AM Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021 at Heritage Presbyterian Church, 82 Franklin Spring St., Royston, GA.
