Ivie Funeral Home announces the services for Mr. Raymond Douglas "Doug" Trotter, age 63, of Commerce who passed away in DeKalb Medical Center on Friday, August 26, 2011 from a sudden illness. Mr. Trotter was the son of the late Lawrence Raymond Trotter and the late Louise Barnett Trotter. He is survived by one son, Chris Trotter of Hartwell, 2 grandchildren and 3 brothers, Rusty Trotter of Franklin, Tn., Byron Trotter of Flowery Branch, Ga. and Tommy Trotter of Atlanta, Ga. Memorial services will be on Monday, August 29, 2011 from the Commerce First Baptist Church with Dr. Carlton Allen and Rev. Rusty Trotter officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday evening, August 28, 2011 from 6-8PM at the Commerce First Baptist Church.
