Keith Scott Turpin, born on November 15, 1972, in Commerce, Georgia, passed away on July 25, 2026, at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. Keith's life began and was rooted in Commerce, the community that witnessed his journey from childhood to adulthood.

Keith was the beloved son of Barbara S. Turpin, who survives him, and the late L.T. Turpin. Family was always a central part of Keith's world, and he shared a strong bond with those closest to him. He is remembered fondly by his step-son, Charles Husk, grandson Dominic Wade as well as by his nieces, Krystal Naylor and Samantha Naylor. Keith's circle of love also extended to Dakota Naylor, Sheyenne Naylor, and Evelynn Knight, each of whom held a special place in his heart.

He was preceded in death by his father, L.T. Turpin; his sister, Sonya Marie Turpin; and Ann Knight. The loss of these cherished family members was deeply felt by Keith throughout his life, yet he honored their memories and carried their legacies forward in his own quiet and steadfast way.

Throughout his life, Keith experienced joys and sorrows alongside his family and friends, creating lasting bonds and memories that will endure in those who knew him best. He faced each chapter with characteristic resolve, earning the respect and affection of those around him.
