John Bethel Gordon, age 47 of Danielsville, GA passed away on July 24, 2026.
Born on June 22, 1979 in Athens, GA, Mr. Gordon was the son of Debra Ellen Scarbrough Proctor and the late Marvin Franklin Gordon. John was the widower of Brandi Johns Gordon and was a self employed cattle farmer.
Survivors in addition to his mother include a son, Brayden Gordon; daughter, Taylor Gordon, brother, Lee Marvin (Kalie) Gordon; one grandchild on the way; one niece; one nephew; and a dog, Redd.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, August 3, 2026 at Meadow Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 PM Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026 at the funeral home.
The family request guest to wear red and black.
