Jerry "Randall" Payne, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025, in Danielsville, Georgia. Born on May 14, 1958, in Toccoa, Georgia, Randall led a life marked by hard work, dedication, and a deep love for his family and friends.

Randall made his mark as a self-employed truck driver and mechanic, roles that not only honed his practical skills but also allowed him to connect with countless individuals along the way. His commitment to his work was well-known, and he approached every challenge with a sense of determination and pride.

He is cherished by his loving spouse, Dianne Baker Payne, and a devoted daughter, Tabitha Payne, who will forever carry cherished memories of his kind and adventurous spirit. Randall is also survived by his brothers, Thaddis Payne and Terry Payne, who shared many life experiences and special moments with him. His furry companion, Peanut, remained his loyal sidekick, providing joy and comfort throughout his life.

Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Juanita Banks Payne, whose lessons and values he carried with him every day. He is also mourned by his late brother, Morris Payne, and sister, Dorothy Bryant. Their memories remain a cherished part of his legacy.
