Jay's passion for fixing things and helping others defined his life's work as a mechanic. Jay Byers is survived by his daughters Crystal Byers and Tiffany Byers, his sisters Pamela Young and Tammy James, his brother Arthur Byers, and six beloved grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father J.B. Byers, and mother, Shirley Barnheart Byers.

Throughout his life, Jay touched the hearts of many with his hard work, generosity, and unwavering commitment to his family. His legacy will live on through the memories shared by those who knew and loved him.
