Glenda Mary Moore

Glenda Mary Moore, a beloved self-employed realtor and cherished member of her community, passed away on September 18, 2025, in Dawsonville, Georgia. Born on December 31, 1943, in Abilene, Texas, Glenda lived a life marked by dedication, hard work, and deep faith.

Throughout her career as a realtor, Glenda built lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, demonstrating not only her expertise but also a genuine passion for helping others find their dream homes. Her commitment to her profession mirrored her dedication to her family and friends, providing a strong foundation that those around her greatly appreciated.

Glenda was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry Moore, and her parents, Dalton and Mary White Knowles. Despite the heartache of loss, her legacy lives on through her surviving family. She is lovingly remembered by her son, D. Cameron A. Moore, and her daughter, Sheri Lynn De Francisco. In addition, she is survived by her brothers, Dalton Knowles and Jim Knowles; her sisters, Virginia Cagle and Sonya Knowles; along with three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Her Christian faith was a guiding light throughout her life, inspiring those who knew her to embrace kindness and love. Glenda’s unwavering spirit and warm personality touched many lives, leaving a lasting impact on her community and beyond.

A graveside service will be held on September 23, 2025, at Grey Hill Cemetery in Commerce, Georgia. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate the life of Glenda Mary Moore, paying tribute to the numerous memories shared and the love that will forever connect them.
