Born on Jan. 11, 1961 in Commerce, GA, Mr. Swain was the son of the late Fred and Mozell Payne Swain.

Survivors include brothers, Ricky Swain; step-brother, JR Hooper; sisters, Shelby McDaniels, Vickie Swain; and step-sister, Peggy Hooper.
