Ellen Hulford, aged 74, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025, in Commerce, Georgia. Born on February 18, 1951, in Cleveland, Ohio, Ellen's life was a tapestry woven with love, family, and cherished memories.

Ellen is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence "Larry" Hulford, and her two children, RJ (Nikki) Chester, Jr. and Kathleen (Donnell) Bruce. Her legacy will continue through her adored grandchildren: John Chester, Nicholas Chester, Christian Bruce, and Alex Bruce. Ellen also leaves behind her step-mother, Gretchen Krembs-Rossiter, and her sisters Carol Kolz, Julie Rossiter, Margaret Wilson, and Katherine Shippen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Rossiter and Nancy Hummer Rossiter, whose love and guidance shaped her early years.

A visitation to honor Ellen's life will be held on November 6, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Ivie Funeral Home, located at 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, GA. Following the visitation, a meal will take place at New Salem Church on Hwy. 59 at 6:30 PM, where family and friends will come together to celebrate her life.

Ellen's warmth and spirit touched many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, a testament to a life well-lived.
