Danny E. Johnson

Ivie funeral Home announces the passing of Mr. Danny E. Johnson of Pendergrass, Georgia who passed away June 26, 2020 at home, while surrounded by his loving family.

He was the son of the late Henry Gamble Johnson and Hazel Marie Reavis Johnson. He was a master cabinet maker a craft he passed on to his son and served in the United States Army during Vietnam.

Survivors include his loving wife Rose Caggianelli Johnson, Son Ryan Johnson (Whitney) of Pendergrass, Daughter Melissa Johnson of Maysville, along with five grandchildren whom he loved greatly. Three siblings also survive Ed Johnson, Recia Carson and Thresia Hallam.

He was preceded in death by two children Michael Gamble Verger and Tammy Lorene Bailey. He was also preceded in death by his brothers David Philip Johnson.

A memorial service will be 3:00 PM Friday at Diamond Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
