Cora Mae (Nix) Childs

Cora Mae Childs passed away at her residence on Saturday Oct. 08, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Bill and Ola Lance Nix.  Survivors include her husband Mr. Alfrod Quinton Childs of the home, sons, Jerry (Pam) Hollis, Joseph Hollis and David Hollis along with a daughter Ola Nix and a sister Monti Sue Duke.  Nine grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2 PM from the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Peck officiating with burial in the Grey Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends in the funeral home Tuesday evening from 4 until 7 PM.
