Clarence Hiram Sailers

With profound respect, we honor the life and memory of Clarence Hiram Sailers, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 94. Clarence was born on April 28, 1932, into the loving care of his parents, Allie Clarence Sailers and Wilma Jane Garrison Sailers, both of whom preceded him in death, as did his beloved son, Hiram Craig Sailers, and many siblings.

Clarence’s journey through life was marked by dedication, kindness, and a steadfast commitment to those he loved. His professional life was distinguished by his longtime role in management at Southeastern Bonded Warehouse, Inc., where his work ethic and integrity were deeply respected by colleagues and friends alike.

Clarence found true partnership and enduring love in his marriage to Linda Strum Sailers, who survives him and continues to cherish the many years they spent together. His family was the great pride of his life. He is survived by his devoted daughter-in-law, Susan Diane Sailers, and his cherished grandchildren: Justin Craig and Devin Rose Sailers. Clarence took immense joy in seeing his family grow, and his legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Ryder Russell Wall, Autumn Rose Wall, and Carlee June Sailers.

Throughout his many years, Clarence Sailers demonstrated unwavering support and affection for those around him, offering wisdom, steadiness, and warmth to each new generation of his family. His memory will be carried forward in the hearts of those who knew him, whose lives have been enriched by his presence.

Clarence is fondly remembered not only for his professional accomplishments but, more importantly, for the character, generosity, and love he brought to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His enduring legacy of devotion and kindness continues on in each family member and friend who survives him, and in the stories and memories they hold dear.
