Charles Benjamin "Ben" Rogers

Charles Benjamin “Ben” Rogers, age 80 of Maysville, GA passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at his residence.

Born on June 16, 1939 in Cartersville, GA, Mr. Rogers was the son of the late Jim Tom and Bessie Mae Richards Rogers. He served as a missionary with Baptist Builders.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Seitz Rogers of the home; son, Daryl Jessie Rogers, Commerce; daughter, Kimberly Dianne McKinny, Wilmington, NC; stepson, Jason Lance Bennett, Athens; brothers, James Samuel Rogers, Jim Tom Rogers, Robert Jack Rogers, Roy Gene Rogers, Paul Rogers, David Rogers, Harold Rogers; sisters, Katherine Nix, Judy Garrison, Martha Whitehead; and four grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held 3 PM Friday, May 22, 2020 at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hwy. 52, Dahlonega, GA.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gideon's International or Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
