Charles William Martin

William Charles Martin, born on July 30, 1983, in Commerce, Georgia, passed away on November 25, 2024 in Nicholson, Georgia. A dedicated and skilled individual, he enjoyed a fulfilling career as a retired mechanic, known for his unwavering commitment to his work and his exceptional craftsmanship.

William is lovingly remembered by his spouse, Amber Whitehead Martin, who was not only his partner also a significant part of his life's journey. 

He also leaves behind cherished memories of his parents, Charles and Jennie Slater Martin, along with his sister, Amanda Martin, who have all preceded him in death.

Family and friends are invited to honor William's memory during a visitation scheduled for December 4, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Both services will take place at Ivie Funeral Home, located at 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, GA 30529. Burial will follow at Maxwell Cemetery.

William's spirit and contributions to his community will be profoundly missed but eternally cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
