Bertie (Morgan) Chamberlain

Bertie Morgan Chamberlain, age 64 of Comer, GA passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

Born on April 24, 1957 in Blackshear, GA, Mrs. Chamberlain was the daughter of Gladys Pope Morgan and the late D.J. Morgan. She was of the Holiness faith; and was preceded in death by brothers, Johnny Morgan and Steve Morgan.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, Kenneth Chamberlain of the home; sons and daughter-in-law, Allen, Danny & Lisa, Keith, Michael & Hope, Spanky & April, Ricky & Elisha; daughters and sons-in-law, Rena & Charlie, Candy & Jimmy, Amber, Victoria, Cindy, Lorie, Marcie, Terri & Tommy; sisters, Carol Finch, Mary Morgan; 38 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Vineyards Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 121 Cherokee Rd., Comer, GA 30629. The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Saturday evening at the funeral home.
