Austin Tray Miller

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Austin Tray Miller, who left us on April 9, 2026. Born on September 3, 2003, in Athens, Georgia, Austin's life, though brief, was marked by the love and warmth he shared with those closest to him.

Austin was the beloved son of Tasha Perlina Miller Brock and step-father, Troy Brock, who survive him and cherish his memory deeply. He was known for his gentle spirit and the kindness he extended to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

His journey from Athens to the world beyond was one filled with moments that touched the hearts of family and friends alike. Austin’s presence in their lives was a source of joy, and his absence now leaves an indescribable void.

As we reflect on Austin’s life, we honor the spirit of a young man who, in his own way, left a lasting impression. We hold dear the memories he created and the love he so freely gave.

Though Austin has departed from this life, his legacy remains firmly rooted in the stories and hearts of his parents, Ricky and Tasha, who carry his memory with enduring love and respect. His life, though short, was a testament to the quiet strength and profound impact one soul can have.

Survivors include brothers, Ryan Miller and Ricky Cowart; sister, Morgan Cowart; step-children, Daylen Brock, Alexis Browner; and two more step-sisters.

Austin Tray Miller will be remembered with reverence and affection by all who knew him. May his soul find peace, and may those who mourn him find comfort in the cherished memories and the love he leaves behind.

A graveside service will be held 2 pm Tuesday at Genesis Church in Crawford, GA
