Angie Marie Reeves passed away on August 3, 2026, in Royston, Georgia, at the age of 67. She was born on November 10, 1958, in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and throughout her life embodied steadfast devotion to her family, values, and faith.
Angie’s greatest joy and legacy was her family. She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Susan Osornio-Villasenor and Barbara Lopez, who remain grateful for the unwavering love, guidance, and strength that their mother shared with them. Angie also leaves behind three granddaughters: Omely Osornio-Reeves, Adela Osornio-Reeves, and Cathalina Osornio-Reeves, each of whom will forever cherish the warmth of their grandmother’s embrace and the wisdom she so freely provided. Angie’s spirit endures as well in her great-granddaughters, Valentina Osornio and Esmeray Carter, who brought her immense happiness and pride.
Angie was preceded in death by her father, Abner London, and her mother, Angie Line Watson London, whose influence shaped her nurturing heart. She dearly missed her brother, Jack London, and her sister, Linda Rose, as well as her beloved husband, Charlie Reeves, with whom she shared a lifetime of companionship and mutual care.
Over the course of her life, Angie fulfilled many roles with dedication and humility. She was a self-employed cleaner, admired for her tireless work ethic and commitment to serving others. As a homemaker, Angie poured her energy into creating a loving, welcoming home for her family. Her ability to care for those around her extended beyond her immediate family, touching friends and neighbors alike.
A woman of enduring faith, Angie was a devoted member of Victory Holiness Chapel in Maysville, Georgia. Her involvement in her church community provided her with great comfort and allowed her to reach out to others with kindness, generosity, and encouragement.
To those who knew her, Angie will be remembered for her gentle nature, steadfast faith, and unconditional love. The memories she created with her family and friends form a lasting testament to the life she lived and the hearts she touched.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Angie Marie Reeves at Ivie Funeral Home, 1053 S. Elm Street, Commerce, GA 30529, for visitation on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ivie Funeral Home. Angie will be laid to rest at Grey Hill Cemetery, Clayton Street, Commerce, GA 30529.
Angie’s strength, kindness, and faith leave an enduring legacy, and she will be deeply missed by all who were privileged to know and love her.
