Alma Jo (Hill) Lord

Mrs. Alma Jo Hill Lord, age 73 of Orange Park, FL passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023, at her home.  Mrs. Lord was born in Homer, GA to the late Earnest and Audrey Hill.  Mrs. Lord retired from Baldor, in Accounting.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lord was also preceded in death by her son Nelson Lee Baugh and her husband Danny L. Lord.

Mrs. Lord is survived by her son Bryan L. Lord (Nikki); three granddaughters, Chasity Garrett, Caitlyn Lord, and Summer Andrews (Austin), three great-grandchildren, Arrianna, Amyia, and Aspyn Andrews; and her brother Harold L. Hill of Homer, GA.

Graveside services will be held Friday, December 15th at 3:30 PM at the Banks County Memorial Gardens in Homer with Mr. Christian Burton officiating.  The family will receive friends at Ivie’s Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers Mrs. Lord wished for donations to be made to Trinity Baptist Church in Oakleaf, Florida.  For donations go to https://ppay.co/i5jKyOg4Yqo.
