Thomas Wayne Higginbotham

Thomas Wayne Higginbotham, age 62 of Lilburn, GA passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2024.

Born on Oct. 9, 1961 in Palatka, FL, Mr. Higginbotham was the son of Roxie Huntley Higginbotham and the late James Higginbotham, Sr. He was a self-employed landscaper and was preceded in death by a son, Nicholas Peters and his first wife, Ann Higginbotham.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his daughters, Brittany (Sam) Martus, Davina Johnson; sister, Susan Rogers; brother, James Higginbotham, Jr.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held 3 pm Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 at Ivie Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chad Rising officiating. The family will receive friends 2:30 pm Friday until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
