Born in Commerce, GA on May 16, 1966, she was the daughter of Bobby and Juainta Robertson Ginn. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Devin Allen, Commerce; three brothers, Ricky Ginn, Robert Ginn, and Randy Ginn, all of Commerce.
