Ivie Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Gerad Lee Homan age 27 who passed away from injuries suffered in a car accident on Wedesday evening. Mr. Homan was a student at Lanier Tech. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Douglas Homan. Mr. Homan is survived by his mother, Rebecca Sewell Homan of Commerce, two brothers, Bryan Homan of Monroe and Danny Homan of Camus, Washington and one niece, Brianna Homan. Memorial services for Mr. Homan will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 2PM from the Apple Valley Baptist Church with the Rev. Clarence Cannon officiating. The family requests no flowers but donations may be made to Rebecca Homan 4513 S.Apple Valley Rd., Commerce, Ga. 30529
