Charels McCollum Obituary

Charles Edward McCollum passed away Saturday at his residence of an extended illness. He was retired from Roper Pump Company and served in the United States Army. Mr. McCollum is survived by a daughter Julie McCollum of the home, a son and daughter in law Douglas and Barbara McCollum of Toccoa, 3 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren and special Friends Ruby Lynn Minish of Commerce and Chris Hill of Commerce. Mr. McCollum was preceded in death by his wife Sara E. McCollum a son David McCollum, a daughter Charlene Roberts and a great grandchild. Graveside services will be Monday at 2 PM from Jackson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Sunday evening from 6 to 8 PM.
